our class sizes are tiny because we have read the research and understand the need. each class will have max 12 humans. this is based on the ideal class room learning style to give students an opportunity to strengthen or reconnect to the breath.

with so much information available at our fingertips, it can be easy to feel confused or misled. our workshops aim to get you the facts; with our intimate space there is opportunity to dive deep into the subject matter, to feel comfortable asking questions and get reliable advice + knowledge.

yoga: flow
create stability with this 45-minute yoga class focused on support, strength, and reconnecting to the earth. build heat while staying centered.

meditation: breathework
this 30-minute session incorporates gentle stretching with breathwork and guided meditation: the best of both worlds. perfect for more active individuals who yearn to move while they meditate or anyone who craves a little break for both during the day.
